COACHSTAR FACILITIES COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Pre delivery: Prior to delivery of our motorhomes a thorough cleanse of all the interior will be undertaken using anti viral/anti bacterial cleaning agents, to include floors, furnishings, door/cupboard handles and facias, toilets washbasins and taps, all surface areas to include seating areas sofas, chairs etc
Social Distancing: We will practice safe social distancing with at least one metre distance
Hand disinfection: We encourage mandatory hand sanitation on arrival touchless hand sanitiser stand will be readily available inside our motorhomes
Bathrooms: We will provide a disposable alternative to hand dryers e.g. paper towels along with pedal-operated bin.
Onboard and externally: We will display signage to observe social distancing, handwashing / hand-sanitising.
Ventilation: We will endeavour to ventilate the motorhome via windows as much as possible
Bins: We will disinfect bins with appropriate anti viral / anti bacterial cleaning agents
Utensils: Used glassware, cutlery and pots will be cleaned with hot detergent/water by our driver/personnel after each use
Housekeeping Service: A thorough housekeeping service will be undertaken at the end of each day using anti viral/ anti bacterial cleaning agents
Vehicle Sanitation: Frequently touched areas will be disinfected regularly e.g. remote controls ,door/window handles, toilet seat/flusher, taps, shower controls, coffee maker, tea kettle, light switches, thermostat etc
Bed Linen & Towels: Our linen will be handled with extreme care to prevent raising dust and potential contamination; Used linen will be washed at a minimum of 70°C for at least 25 mins to kill potential bacteria.
Guest amenities: We will provide sealed, disposable, sanitising hand wipes, in addition to disposable paper towels as well as convenient disposal bins.
